Kirby has over 250 Authorized Builders located throughout the eastern United States. These Kirby Builders can provide complete design-build services to ensure that the end user is getting the facility they need at a competitive price. The design-build approach, beginning with the initial planning phases, can maximize project value and savings. Kirby specializes in custom engineered construction solutions, encompassing multiple building components, framing options, extended bay options, special exteriors, four standing seam roof systems, Kirby-Cool paint finishes and industry-leading warranty protection programs.
All Kirby Buildings are custom designed to meet the end user’s requirements and comply with specified Building Code and load requirements. The Sales Team and Engineers work closely with the customer to provide a building that is designed to meet their exact needs as well as offering the best value. Kirby is also committed to protecting the environment. Kirby’s products are produced in an ISO 14001:2004 certified plant located in Portland, TN and are designed to ensure that the end user is able to earn maximum points on LEED projects. All of the engineering is done by US based, Kirby employees, and the majority of the steel used in the buildings comes from Nucor – ensuring easy compliance with Made in America requirements. Kirby is an active member of the Metal Building Manufacturers Association (MBMA).
